The very latest generation of VAG engine is the new Common Rail turbo diesel. With massively improved refinement and with multiple injection technology it is possible to achieve impressive power levels without detriment to emissions or reliability. Using the latest generation of ECU also, this engine has huge potential for custom turbo upgrades alike. We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fueling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Our Stage 1 ECU remap is developed to safely improve your vehicle's power and torque whilst maintaining standard components and remaining within tolerances. <br/><br/> It's the perfect balance of increased power and day-to-day usability, which is ideal for those who want extra performance but not at the cost of additional hardware or reliability.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve enabling it to be blanked off. For more information please refer to our section on EGR Removal.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Diesel Particulate Filter enabling it to be removed from the vehicle. For more information please refer to our section on DPF Removal.Where applicable we are able to raise/lower or completely remove the maximum speed limiter from a vehicle.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the AdBlue system enabling it to be removed from the vehicle.Where applicable we are able to switch off the Start/Stop function rendering it inactive, and preventing the engine from automatically turning off when stationary.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had a stage two remap...taking my R from 251 bhp (wheels) 283 bhp (engine) and 253 lbft to 306 bhp (wheels) 340 bhp (engine) and 298 lbft.

Much more responsive and noticable increase in power and performance.
